However, they do have tons of tutorials and youtube videos from users for those products if cost is really no object, way more instructional videos and capabilities than is available for the others. Although Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is very popular in the world of video editing and compositing - because of it's cost and subscription license model I would not recommend it for beginners. Generally, people use that if they are doing work for a company or studio - usually paired with After Effects as a compositor. Relative to the others listed there, it's in a league of its own. Check out some YouTube videos to get a feel for those two.Īdobe Premiere Pro is "prosumer"/professional video editing software, and is extremely pricey. and I'd probably lean a bit more towards CyberLink, but that's preference. Of the ones you listed, I would say it's between CyberLink PowerDirector or Corel VideoStudio. What kind of YouTube video editing do you want to do? Make gameplay videos with a webcam, do some livecasting, live indie-style amateur films, prank or compilation videos, instructional videos that show your desktop?
